1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NetSparkle's lead generation and digital marketing services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

NetSparkle provides lead generation and digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

• AI-powered lead discovery and qualification
• Social media advertising and targeting
• Search engine marketing campaigns
• Professional network integration
• Analytics and reporting services

3. Qualification Process

NetSparkle reserves the right to review and qualify all potential clients. Not all applications will be approved. We will review your application and contact you within 24-48 hours if you qualify for our services.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Search Advertising Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Targeting Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms will be established during the qualification process. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Lead Quality Standards

We guarantee that all leads delivered meet the qualification criteria established during setup. Leads that do not meet agreed-upon standards will be replaced at no additional cost.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and methodologies used by NetSparkle remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our proprietary systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

NetSparkle's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Arizona.

11. Changes to Terms

NetSparkle reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
